Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you need a different size or style. Therefore, we offer a system for exchange for another item of equal or greater value.
IMPORTANT: We do not offer refunds in cash or to the credit card under any circumstances. We only provide product exchange.

1. Eligibility and Time Frame for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must strictly comply with the following conditions:
* Time Frame: You have ten (10) calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
* Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused, undamaged condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products showing signs of use, stains, or damage will not be eligible for an exchange.
* Hygiene: Due to the nature of the garment, swimwear must be tried on over underwear. The sanitary liner must remain intact and attached.

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange (Final Sale)
For hygiene and commercial policy reasons, the following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for any type of exchange:
* Any product purchased on promotion, clearance, or with a discount.

3. Process to Initiate the Exchange
To initiate an exchange, the customer must write to our email info@irgus.us or send a WhatsApp message to the number +1 786 459 52 80.
Once you contact us, we will provide you with the instructions and the address to send the product. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

4. Receiving Your New Product
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email.
* If the item meets the conditions, we will process the exchange as follows:
* The product exchange must be for an equal value item or for a higher value item.
* If the new product selected has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
* If the new product has a lower value, no refund will be issued for the remaining difference.
